Scheduling & Availability
What is your availability?
I work Monday through Friday, and my hours can vary on each day. Please schedule a free consultation call to make sure we have mutual availability - it is important to confirm this before moving forward. If we cannot find a day/time that works for both of us, I will do my best to provide you referrals.
I want to start therapy ASAP! What are the first steps?
Please see the Services section for more information on getting started. Please note that there is an onboarding process, meaning that we can’t jump right into therapy right away - instead, there is an initial evaluation that is required first.
Are sessions virtual or in person?
I have availability for in-person sessions only on Tuesdays; virtual sessions are offered for the rest of the week.
Fees & Insurance
How much is your fee?

Do you accept my health insurance?
I am not in network with any insurance companies, which means that I am considered an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance.
Is it possible to see you if you do not accept my health insurance?
Yes! Many health insurance plans include out-of-network benefits for mental health services, which would make you eligible for reimbursement. Following our appointments, I will send a Superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company as part of the reimbursement process.
If you hope to get reimbursed, please make sure to contact your insurance company prior to scheduling an appointment with me to confirm it is an option and more details about your reimbursement percentage.
